A will, once made, can be changed as per the desire of the person making the will. It is important that a will is reviewed at pre defined time intervals to evaluate the need for making changes, if any.
The following circumstances definitely warrant a change in the will –
1. Divorce
2. Remariage
3. Additions in the family (birth or adoptions)
4. Demise of family members or beneficiaries or executors
5. Addition or deletion of assets
